When Europe Was in the Dark Ages, Native Americans Were Making Sculptures in What Today Is Oklahoma

CHICAGO, May 7, 2005

For anyone who has studied the story of America, the books often emphasize how young this country is, especially compared to those countries in Europe or Asia.

But this country has an ancient history, too. And a rare exhibit at the St. Louis Museum of Art until May 30 is teaching Americans about that past.

"I had no idea that, Native American culture went back so far," said Louisa Brouwer, a high school student who saw the exhibit on a previous stop at the Art Institute of Chicago.
"When I started going through here, I was surprised to see that we had this much culture this close to home," said Jerry Harris, a tourist in Chicago.

Art from Ages Past

When Europe was in the Dark Ages, American Indians were making sculptures in what today is Oklahoma. Two thousand years ago, Native Americans in what we call Tennessee carved a decorative pipe in the shape of a wolf. And centuries before Christ, they were crafting elaborate banner stones for spears in Iowa.

"That knowledge has not yet reached our schools, grade schools, high schools," said Richard Townsend, the curator at the Art Institute of Chicago who assembled the exhibit. "This isn't just Indian history. It's part of our collective human history."

While history dwells on the Aztecs of Mexico or the Incas from Peru, little attention has been paid to the lives, works and cultures of the indigenous people who once lived in America's heartland.

The suggestion in many textbooks is that there was basically no history before the Europeans arrived. But from 800 to 1300, a settlement at Cahokia, along the Mississippi River, was home to 20,000 people, making it larger than London in the same era. Ohio, Louisiana, Georgia and Alabama also were home to notable indigenous communities. Even so, few people have heard of them.

"Last year, I took an AP college-level course on world history, and none of this was brought up," said Rebecca Ressl, a high school student.

First the Los Lunas Stone is written in Phoenician Hebrew. If you will Look in 1 Kings chapter 9-10, you will find King Solomon created a navy on the shores of the red sea.

His Ally King Hiram of Tyre was king over a race of circumnavigating, globe traveling people called the Phoenicians... Both King Solomon's Navy and the Phoenician Navy of King Hiram, according to the King James Bible traveled on 3 years trips, 18 months one way...

It should be noted Ferdinand Meggelin also circumnavigated the globe. Our recorded modern history tells us Meggelin's round trip voyage took 3 years.

The Phoenician Language is the language you find on the Los Lunas Stone... This proves the Bible is true in refferances to Phoenicians traveling the Globe... It also proves the Book of Mormon claims of Hebrew Speaking people reaching early ancient America long before Columbus or Cortez true.

Phoenician Hebrew, and Ancient Hebrew are very similar because the two nations existed closely together... However Phoenician Hebrew may also contain other languages such as the Greek Language. However if you study the Greek Language closely, Greek is Hebrew flipped Backwards on the page... with a few minor changes in the alephbett...

Why did the Hebrew people of the Book of Mormon write in Reformed Egyption? Because like the ealy English who settled America, the Book of Mormon people being removed from their homeland Ancient Judea, they became their own country and people. They began to develope their own idioms and lingual idiosyncratic ways of speaking, typical of people who are removed from their homeland culture...

For instance, I live in Arkansas... Anyone who does not speak with a southern accent, is not from here... Yet move a good old southern boy north, far enough across the Mason Dixon line and away from good ole southern speaking folk and manners, and they in time will loose their language, their culture and become a whole other race of people... Much like the Hebrew people of the Book of Mormon...

Because the Hebrew people of the Book of Mormon lost their cultural identity over time, they also lost the " learning of the Hebrews"... So their next best option was a reformed type of Egyptian...

Evidence Native Americans Knew About Jesus Christ Before the Spanish Inquisition of South America.

This Blog is about Jesus Christ. About the Book of Mormon which has been much maligned by men who never heard or saw the truth. Even by some who don't want the truth seen by you or I. We of the western world need to open our eyes. We must wake up. We must believe God is real. We must begin to realized we cannot fit God into a small little box with a pretty red bow, only to open it on Sunday so we may have our small controled dose of God. God is everywhere. Therefore His people will be everywhere. Let's find the evidence of the other places Jesus Christ visited besides Jerusalem... The above photo comes from Monte Alban Mexico. Search All Things, Prove All Things True.

If the Book of Mormon truly is an ancient history of America, we can search the Book of Mormon, then search archaeology to discover if the Book of Mormon is accurate. 1 Thessalonian's 5:21 states" Prove all things; hold fast that which is good". Only a fool does not test his or her Christian belief to see if it withstands scrutiny and " tough well reasoned questioning". He or she who does not test or question everything in life, religion or career has missed the boat, and the very meaning of life. Which is to find the better way spiritually and temporally, holding fast to that which is good.

THE BIBLICAL CHRIST CARRYING A SHEPHERDS STAFF

In the Book of Mormon, 3 Nephi testifies Christ came to America. Christ, in Gospel of Luke is asked a question by the Apostle Peter most people miss. Peter ask Christ who He was, Christ's reply was, who do YOU/THEY say that I am. Luke 9:20. Native Americans record a white god who walked among them. When asked who He was, His reply was to ask, WHO DO YOU SAY THAT I AM? In ( 1964 ) Pierre Honore wrote a book who's title speaks for it'self. In Quest of the Fair God Pierre Honore illustrates a white God among the Native America, who was named many different names where ever He went. Mr. Honore says, " The legend of a particular white God has survived to our day from all ancient civilizations of Central and South America. The Toltecs and Aztecs of Mexico called Him Quetzalcoatl, the Incas called Him Viracocha To the Maya he was called Kulkulcan who brought them all their laws, and also their script, and was worshiped like a God by the entire people. To the Chibchas, he was Bochica, the white mantle of light. To the Aymara of Peru he was Hyustus, and to this day they will tell you he was fair and had blue eyes. Everywhere in the Indian states of Central and South America the legend of the White God is known, and always ends in the same way. The White God left his people with a solemn promise that he would one day come back."

A Hebrew People In America?

Can there be Hebrews in America? What does the Bible say?

Matthew 15:24

But He ( Jesus ) answered them and said, I am not sent but unto the LOST SHEEP of the house of the house of Israel

Jesus told us He must minister to Israelites " other sheep I have not of this fold then also must I bring ", ( John 10:16 KJV ).

Ezekiel 34:6;11;12-13 declares:

⁶My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.

¹¹For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

¹²As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day** that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

** ( in the day means during Christ earthly ministry 2000 years ago )

¹³And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

For the Book of Mormon to be a valid history of an ancient people long dead, there must be Biblical evidence such a people exist. The words of Christ and Ezekiel confirm such a people are scattered world wide.

QUETZALCOATL, 12 DISCIPLES? SHEPHERDS STAFF? THE WHITE GOD AT THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE; MEXICO CITY

Diego Rivera a full blood Indian artist, completed a history of Mexico. The history is painted in murals on the vast inner walls of the presidential palace in Mexico City. Rivera's artistic history of Mexico begins with the depiction of the presence of Quetzalcoatl, the white god who visited ancient Mexico and means of his departure. Do you see a staff in similitude of shepherds crook? Please note there are 12 men, 10 men immediately in front of Quetzalcoatl, one man walking away, look lower right corner,the head of one man barely visible right hand corner. A seen straight from the Biblical account of the garden in Jerusalem, some men listening, some off to the side in prayer and meditation. This makes 12 men. Mentioned biblically, and by the Book of Mormon, Christ chose 12 disciples, whom Christ also called Apostles, a calling of Elder in the Ancient New Testament Church. Apostle is a Priesthood office. The 3 men standing left of the group may be the Aaronic Priesthood. While I freely admit I'm speculating, I find 12 men surrounding the White God Quetzalcoatl an very interesting coincidence.

This ambitious architectural program was commissioned by K'inich Kan B'ahlam (635-702 CE) and was probably completed a little less than two years before its dedication in 692 CE. The content of this blog is the rather obvious photo and textual evidences for ancient Israelite's residing upon the American Continent. An ancient native American people knew of Christ long before Christopher Columbus and Hernando Cortez, that fact is obvious as you view and read.

Speaking for myself personally, I am a descendant of several different races of people. Scotch, English, perhaps a tad French. But I also am part Native American. I testify the ancient stories of a white god, whom all tribes called "the Healer" in each tribes native language are true. I am of the Penobscot Bay Iroquois Indian, a partial descendant of the Abenaki Indian. The stories or Jesus Christ in America are true, many Native Americans came from Ancient Israel, this blog helps you find the irrefutable proofs of truth. Along with the biblical scripture to help those who doubt to see.

Ohio Decalogue ( Ten Commandment ) Stone

The Book of Mormon teaches the Native American Indian knew about the Ten Commandments. The Ohio Decalogue confirms the possibly of truth. Since it's discovery in November of 1860 by David Wyrick of Newark Ohio, the " Newark Holy Stone/ Ten Commandment Stone " has garnered controversy. A condensed version of the Ten Commandments, the stone is written in a post-Exilic square Hebrew letters. The figure on the stone face is identified as Moses. Wyrick was deemed a fraud and accused of having falsified evidence that descendent's of ancient Hebrews once resided in America. Wyricks career and reputation was destroyed. He latter committed suicide. Yet today the Jason Humrickhouse Museum keep the Ohio Ten Commandment stone on display. Why do museums display false artifacts? Unless they're not false artifacts?

While much attention has been given recently to the legal

battles from Alabama to Wisconsin over the presence of

granite monuments and bronze plaques of the Decalogue on

public property,1 little attention has been given to world’s

oldest Hebrew inscription of the Ten Commandments which

turned up in New Mexico in the nineteenth century—a replica

of which has yet to be made. This Decalogue was inscribed in

Hebrew (using a quasi-Phoenician script) on the flat face of

a large basalt boulder on a mesa now known as “Mystery

Mountain” or “Hidden Mountain,” three miles west of Los

Lunas. Given its antiquity, the monumental bolder is of some

significance for early American history.

In 1949, Robert H. Pfeiffer of the Harvard University recognized

that the inscription was an abbreviated form of the

Decalogue; and since then a number of other scholars, including

Harvard Professor Barry Fell (1976: 310), have confirmed

the identification. My inspection of the inscription on site in

1983 and a comparison of the script used on the bolder

Decalogue with other early Northwest Semitic scripts led me

to conclude that the “Mystery Mountain” inscription is not

just centuries old but could possibly be pre-Columbian or

even pre-Christian.

MAYAN PYRAMID BARES TOMB OF EGYPTION TYPE

( New York Times - Chicago Tribune Dispatch - December 28, 1952 )

Mexico City Dec. 27 - Remarkable parallels with the burial customs of ancient Egypt have been found in a newly discovered Mayan tomb at Palenque Mexico. The cover of the tomb with the cross and undeciphered hierglyphics pictured above is one solid slab, twelve feet long, seven feet wide, and one foot thick, estimated to weigh six tons. Palenque anciently had a population of more than 100,000. Palenque is the modern name; the ancient name of the city is not known.

EARLY SPANISH MISSIONARIES WERE SHOCKED BY YALALAG CROSSES

Book of Mormon, Book of Alma chpt 21:43-44 " So long as there should a band of Christians remain to posses the land. For thus were all the true believers of Christ which belonged to the church of God called by those who did not belong to the church, And those that did belong to the church were faithful," The Book of Mormon teaches everywhere within it's text, a Non Catholic, Christian Church in origin, consisting of Native Americans descending of Middle Eastern Hebrew and Asian peoples once was in America. Don't you think if this was true there would be archaeological evidences? The above photo consists of pre Columbian Native American jewelry called the Yalalag Crosses worn by native women when Hernado Cortez arrived. William Pescott says, " They [ Spanish Missionaries ] could not suppress their wonder as they beheld the cross, the sacred emblem of their own faith raised as an object of worship in the temples of Ahahuac " ( Conquest of Mexico Vol. 3 pp. 321,322 ).

A Precolumbian Christian Native American Indian?

In the book of 3 thrd Nephi of the Book of Mormon, we find testimony Jesus Christ came to Natives American Indians whom were decendants of Joseph of Egypt. Accredited Institutions such as the Smithsonian, Southern Baptist Convention, the Catholic Church and other religious/archaeological organizations claim there is no evidence for a pre Columbian Native American Christian Indian. Yet their claims are contradicted, by the very evidence they say does not exist. The University of Arizona pesents a picture of a Navajo woman weaving what we white Anglo Saxon people would identify as a Roman Lead Cross.
