Introduction 

The Book of Mormon can easily be found in Biblical prophecy. It is mentioned by the Old Testament Prophets. Your job is to connect the dots. 

Zechariah 2:3-4 prophesied an angel shall go forth and speak to a young man saying::

 " ³And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him, ⁴And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:  

The Apostle Paul declares in Galatians 1:8 the sign of the Book of Mormons coming saying:

" But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed ".

Revelations 14:6 irrevocably says:  ⁶And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

 ⁷Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Make no mistake! Zechariah 2:3-4 speaks of Jerusalem and it's restoration of the Jews to their ancient homeland, where as Galatians 1:8 and Revelations 14:6 speaks of an angel to preach the ancient gospel. All to happen in the last days.
The point being an angel shall speak to a young man, perhaps many men, and women, young and old.
Anti Book of Mormon believers will often say  there is no Bible scripture for the Book of Mormon in Bible Prophecy, that revelation from God is done away. But is this Biblical? Writes Isaiah in the 42 chapter verse ⁹ Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.   

Other scriptures indicating new Revelation Is forthcoming are:

Isa 28:13 The word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little, there a little.

Matt 4:4 Man shall live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

1Thes 5:20,21 "Despise not prophesyings. Prove all things. Hold fast that which is good."

Rev 19:10 "...for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Amos 3:7 "Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets." 

Rev 10:11 - 11:6 There will be future prophets who will prophecy in the name of the Lord. See also Joel 2:23-31; Eph 4:11-13.

Isa 8:20 "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them."

Isa 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil..." Let in not be said God has ceased to speak to His people. God is an unchangeable God. ( Malachi 3:6 )

Pertaining A Last Days Sealed Book of Scripture

The Prophet Isaiah, (29th chapter ) declares a sealed book shall come, called the " vision " the same book which the Lord God commanded the Prophet Daniel, chapter 12:4 saying, "  But you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased ". To which the Prophet Habakkuk, chapter 2:2-3 promises: " ²And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

 ³For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry ".

The Bible is very clear, there is a last days Book of scripture to come. This book shall be introduced by an angel, it shall come out of the earth to the " reviving" restoration of God's covenant people. ( Psalms 85:6-11 )  It shall not lie, we who read it shall run spiritually. As Isaiah writes, we shall mount up upon wings as eagles, should we take this last days book seriously.

But when is the sign of the sealed book's coming? What sign can be given that no man can by fraudulent means manufacture? God told Noah to prophecy the flood. The sign the flood came to pass was of the floods coming. The sign of Christ's birth was the star set in the heavens to mark his place of birth. What is the sign of the lasts days sealed book?

Warning To LDS Church members About Discernment!

This is not an anti LDS Church post. But it may be taken that way. Let me say in advance I've bones to pick with all Restoration Church Splits of the original LDS Church which no longer exists in it's original form by federal law and state law. The Bible mentions this problem and how it came to be. 

The Book of Isaiah warns of men who would take the Book of Mormon and use it to start a false church. The Bible warns about these men, telling us the Book of Mormon is of God, but also warns about these men saying in Isaiah 29: 14-16

God Will Bring Forth Marvelous Work and Wonder
¹⁴Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

But Men Conspire In Secret Against The Work

 ¹⁵Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?

Who Seek To Turn The Work Upside Down
 ¹⁶Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

Remember Habakkuk said the "Vision Shall Not Lie"!

But Isaiah declares men shall lie about the Marvelous Work. This is key, we must be aware of. Wherever resides great truth, there also resides those who would use it for gain, wealth and power. It is very important to keep these thoughts in mind as you study the Book of Mormon in Biblical Prophecy. Mormonism as we know it today is but a fading shadow of what Joseph Smith truly taught.  To be fair to Mormon's, I also must say no other Latter Day Saint sect teaches the truth either. All have apostatized, all are out of the way. Many priests and prophets in ALL LATTER DAY SAINT SECTS  have learned the art of priest craft. Setting themselves as a light unto the world to get gain. Still a few faithful Saints remain, but almost none are left. 

Today the false is taught as the truth, in direct contraindication to the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine & Covenants and the Bible.

This post exposes the truth that has been buried beneath the dirt false tails. Exposing the truth one brush stroke at a time, one small spade at a time, that all men may understand the Book of Mormon is of God, but men have used the truth of the Book of Mormon to build a church and an empire, using the people and the  money gained for the building of that empire for themselves, for the garnering of power and worldly influence.

Not for the good of God's people as the Book of Mormon clearly teaches should be done.

Pertaining Biblical Study and the Book of Mormon 

Finding the Book of Mormon in Biblical Prophecy is a simple enough task, if one takes the time to look for it. Few people every bother to look in Biblical Scripture to find out if the Book of Mormon is mentioned. The teaching of " theological experts " has been so profuse against the Book of Mormon in Bible prophecy as to cause the common man to never look for himself. Because few look, few see the truth right in front of their eyes... Inside their very own Bible. 

Thomas Payne Declared: 

"The Bible is a book that has been read more and examined less than any book that ever existed." 

To understand the Book of Mormon in Biblical Prophecy, requires our personal study of our Bible.

Why? 

Because you cannot take my word for it, nor the word of any other man or woman. You must become your own authority. We each must be responsible for what we know.  Many, many pastors, ministers, church leaders and membership have said the Book of Mormon cannot be found in Bible Prophecy. Sadly this is not the truth. But not the first time truth has been withheld from the masses. Remember Jesus and the running verbal battles with the Pharisees? This war of deception versus truth still goes on today.

But you and I will be judged by God for what we accept of Him or reject of Him. We must allow men and the respect the world would shower on us, fall to the wayside, we must become ourselves responsible for what we each know.

Foxe speaks in context to the Catholic Church withholding Biblical information from it's members. 

“The law of God was seldom read and never understood, so Christ’s saving work and the effect on man’s faith were not examined. Because of this ignorance, errors and sects crept into the church, for there was no foundation for the truth that Christ willingly died to free us from our sins: not bargaining with us but giving to us.”

The Early Protestant Leaders Prophesied 
New Revelation To Come From God

Did you know early Protestant leaders prophesied God 
would restore His Church? That new light and revelation 
would be given man by God?

Roger Williams, a man around

whom the Baptist movement rallied, said:

“In the poor small span of my life, I desired to have been a diligent and constant observer, . . . and yet cannot, in the holy presence of God, bring in the result of a satisfactory discovery, that either the begetting  ministry or the apostles or messengers to the nations, or the feeding or nourishing ministry of teachers according to the first institution of the Lord Jesus,  are yet restored and extant.”

One of his biographers sets forth this conviction

of Roger Williams:

“He denied that any ministry now exists which is authorized to preach the gospel to the impenitent, or to administer the ordinances. He believed that these functions belonged to the apostolic race of ministers, which was interrupted when the reign of Antichrist commenced.”

He also taught:

“. . . there can be no recovery out of that apostasy till Christ shall send forth new apostles to plant churches anew.”

John Robinson

As some of the Puritans left for the New World they were addressed by their religious leader, John Robinson:

“I am very confident the Lord hath more truth and light to break forth out of his Holy Word.”

Alexander Campbell

Alexander Campbell was a Presbyterian, and later the founder of what is commonly called the “Disciples” movement and the “Church of Christ” today. He made these statements early in the 19th century:

“A reformation of popery was attempted in Europe full three centuries ago. It ended in a Protestant hierarchy, and swarms of dissenters. Protestantism has been reformed into Presbyterianism, that into Congregationalism, and that into Baptism, etc., etc. Methodism has attempted to reform all but has reformed itself into many forms of Wesleyanism. . . . They are at best a reformation of popery, and only reformations in part.”

Campbell Continues: 

“Since the full development of the great apostasy foretold by the prophets and apostles, numerous attempts at reformation have been made . . . . Society, indeed, may be found among us far in advance of others in their progress toward the ancient order of things, but we know of none that have fully attained to that model. . . . The practical result of all creeds, reformations, and

improvements and the expectations and longings of society warrant the conclusion that some new revelation or some new development of the revelation of God must be made before the hopes and expectations of all true Christians can be realized or Christianity can save and reform the nations of this world. We want the old gospel back, and sustained by the ancient order of things.”

“But the preparation of a people for the coming of the Lord must be the result of the restoration of the ancient gospel and order of things.”

“The promise is that ‘at evening-time it shall be light.’ The primitive gospel, in its effulgence and power, is yet to shine out in its original splendor to regenerate the world.”

John Wyckliff

The Waldensians, Wyckliffites, and Hussites

believed:

“Some of this class of people, perceiving that such a church as they had formed an idea of, would never be established by human means, indulged the hope that God himself would in his own time erect for himself

a new church, free from every blemish and impurity; and that he would raise up certain persons and fill them with heavenly light for the accomplishment of this great object.”

Sir Isaac Newton: 

a great scientist of his time, was also a theologian, and is recorded as

follows:

“Newton came to the conclusion, however, that the time had not then arrived for the full light to shine, but looked for clearer light to shine in future days, saying: ‘About the  time of the end, in all probability, a body of men will rise up who will turn their attention to the prophecies, and insist upon their literal interpretation in the midst of much clamor and opposition.’”

must fly through the midst of heaven, with the everlasting

Martin Luther

 Who led the first successful revolt against Rome, made the following statement:

“I cannot tell what to say of myself, perhaps I am Philip Melancthon’s forerunner. I am preparing the way for him like Elias in spirit and power.”

Luther is also recorded as believing:

“Luther perceived that the ancient and primitive 

church must, on the one hand, be restored in opposition 

to the papacy by which it had been so long oppressed.”

John Wesley

 The man who unwittingly started the movement that is called Methodism preached a sermon on 

“The Signs of the Times” in which he says:

“The times which we have reason to believe are at hand, (if they are not already begun) are what many pious men have termed the ‘Latter Day glory’. . . . And yet the wise men of the world, men of eminence, men of learning and renown, ‘cannot imagine what we mean by talking of any  extraordinary work of God!’ They cannot discern the signs of these times! They see no sign at all of God’s arising to maintain his own cause, and set up his kingdom over the earth!”

The testimony of a Roman Catholic Priest in Basil, Switzerland, in 1739 AD states:

"The old time Gospel, and the gifts thereof are lost. False doctrines prevail in all the churches on the face of the Earth. All we can do is exhort the people to be just, fear God, shun evil, and pray. Prayer and purity may cause an angel to visit some deep depressed soul. But I tell you that within one hundred years, God will have spoken. He will restore the church again! I see a little band of people led by a Prophet and a faithful leader. Some will be persecuted and burned out and murdered. From every nation shall true believers be gathered by speedy messengers. And then shall the Almighty God speak to the disobedient nations with thunder and lightning, and destruction such as men have never known before."

can be made from the testimonies of the Reformers.

1.

Luther did not really know what his mission

was.

2.

Whatever his calling, it consisted solely of 

a “perhaps.”

3.

Apostles and teachers were not “restored 

and extant” in William’s day (1639).

God had not “set up his kingdom” in 

Wesley’s day (1739).

“the primitive gospel in its original splendor” 

was not shining in Campbell’s day,

and “is yet to shine out.” (Campbell began 

his work about 1810.)

Revelation To Come forth From Two Locations;

Jerusalem we know, but Zion?

Zion An Earthly City?

Unclean Will No Longer Enter Zion or Jerusalem
